Who can play on the soft play equipment?

Our soft play equipment is designed for children 6 years and younger. 

How do I make a booking? 

We have an easy and convenient online booking system for each of our soft play sets, which includes calendar availability so you know when your set is available and can secure it any time, day or night. Just select the set you want and click "book now".

What is included in the hire fee?

Every time you hire from us, you not only get all of the equipment listed within your
chosen soft play set, you also ensure a clean, safe and fun experience as each hire
fee includes:

  • Delivery and pickup at your chosen location;
  • Set up and pack down at your chosen location;
  • Small picket fence around the entire set;
  • Soft EVA mats under the entire set;
  • Sanitisation of all equipment (including balls and mats); and
  • Public liability insurance.

How much is delivery and where do you deliver?

Delivery and pick up is included in the hire if you live in Dalby. 

If you live outside of Dalby, please contact us as we consider delivery outside of Dalby on a case by case basis, however a fee may be charged.

How long is the hire for?

Each soft play set is hired out for a period of 4 hours. If you would like to extend the time, let us know and, if we can, we will accommodate you. The hire period does not include the time it takes us to set up and pack down.

When do you set up and pack down?

We will arrive approximately 1 hour before your event start time to set up (depending on the type of location). As much as you are able, please ensure that the area is flat, clean and has sufficient space ready for our team to set up.

After your 4 hours, we will come and pack down the soft play equipment and take it away.

Are you only available for weekend hire?

No! Hours during the week are limited however given enough notice, we may be able to do weekday hire. For more information please do not hesitate to contact us.

Is a deposit required?

We do not take a deposit. You can conveniently book your soft play set and date directly
via our online booking system by clicking "book now" for your chosen set.

Is there a bond?

Yes, a refundable bond of $200 is required at least 3 business days prior to hire. The bond will only be withheld in the event there has been a breach of our terms and conditions which has resulted in damage to the equipment. It will otherwise be refunded within 3 business days of your hire concluding.

What if my event is outdoors?

We are more than happy to set up at both indoor and outdoor locations. This includes public/Council parks and private venues.

Please note it is always good to check your local Council requirements if you are planning an event at the park. It is your sole responsibility to do so and to let us know if there are any requirements in advance.  

If you are looking for a shade solution, we have a marquee available for hire. If you would like to book the marquee, simply go to the "XL Marquee" option and click "book now" for your nominated date.

Please note, if your event is outdoors during the hot months (September to March) and the set will not be in the shade, then the marquee must be booked together with the set as the equipment gets very hot.

What if my event is at a function space/venue?

We are more than happy to set up at indoor and outdoor function spaces/venues. Please be advised that it is your sole responsibility to advise us of any specifications or requirements that the venue has in advance of us attending to set up.

Is hiring the marquee a requirement?

The marquee is not required to be hired with our soft play sets unless your event is outdoors during the hot months (September to March) and you do not have shade available.

If your event is outdoors during those hot months and the set will not be in the shade, then the marquee must be booked together with the set because the equipment gets very hot.

Are you insured?

Absolutely! We can send a Certificate of Currency if your venue requires it. Please email

Do you clean your soft play equipment?

Yes! All soft play equipment is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and sanitised between each use with a commercial grade cleaner.
